Luganodes is a Swiss-operated staking service provider offering blockchain infrastructure to PoS networks.
Our engineering team builds high-availability, secure, and robust platforms to support our growing validator offerings. We are seeking a Tech Lead who can bring fresh ideas and collaborate with a cross-functional team to solve complex technical challenges.
This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility, offering the opportunity to contribute to open-source projects and present at global conferences.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of talented engineers.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and build monitoring systems.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and continuously improve development processes.
Infrastructure Development: Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for multiple services and products.
Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable software solutions and optimize system performance.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and developers on new features.
System Design: Engage in system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
Problem Solving: Develop solutions by analyzing information needs, system flow, and work processes.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in software development.
Proficiency in languages such as Typescript, Python, Rust, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in using Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring and alerting.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and load balancing.
Experience with network security practices and VPNs.
Awareness of best practices for securing applications and infrastructure, including knowledge of encryption methods, firewall management, and vulnerability assessments.
Open-Source Experience: Experience contributing to or managing open-source projects.
